Responsibilities: Tasks included subcontract qualification, negotiation and supervision for sculpting the topography and installing the hard and soft scapes. The general contractor was located in Beverly Hills, California and the design coordination was with The Berger Partnership of Seattle. The project budget was approximately $2.7 million.
