Role: Construction manager for Foss Redevelopment  

Responsibilities: Executing, controlling, and closing the project by supervising the general contractor contract, monitoring the project budget, overseeing the installation of owner-contracted materials, and coordinating with the project architect and tenant.

Description: This was a renovation and conversion of a lakeside restaurant into a mixed-use office and dinner club facility. Ancillary tasks included the nomination of two vessels to the Landmarks Preservation Board, permitting coordination, and overseeing the installation of owner-contracted materials, furniture, and fixtures. The project architect was Studio Jaso, and the project budget was approximately $2 million.
