Category: Commercial building redevelopment Role: Owner’s representative, construction manager, and building manager Responsibilities: Review of the design and construction contracts, oversight of the construction process, and coordination of the owner-installed items, including the building's phone system. Additional tasks included coordination of a fire-related insurance claim and, as the building was leased, coordination of the building management. Description: This project involved the renovation of a 9,000-square-foot building, which was originally built in the early 20th century, for use as technologically advanced Class ‘A’ office space for multiple tenants. The Adams Mohler Architects designed the project. |
